Cool Camel has been the best to work with. Our AC unit was aging and we were trying to figure out if we should repair/replace. We're in the process of getting bids to replace our HVAC system. Jaden was super thorough and personable. His story of how he became a business owner is pretty cool.

He gave us lots of great information, and talked to me like I was a normal person (not like the woman at a car dealership BS). He definitely knows what he's doing and you can tell he's passionate about his field.

I had questions about several other topics and he gave me honest feedback and didn't try to upsell us either. He was very direct and transparent. He also asked lots of great questions to gauge our needs and help us be proactive for issues down the line. You can tell he's interested in creating a long-term customer relationship and not just selling us a big-ticket item and disappearing.

Excellent company that provides professional workmanship. They came to install new heaters in the attic and new AC units outside. They have friendly workers that clean up after completing there job. After checking 5 other HVAC companies Cool Camel was by far the best company. After the work was accomplished I even received a follow up call to voice my opinion. As others have said save your time and money and just call Cool Camel for your hvac needs. Jaden and Sadie were excellent throughout the entire process. We had just moved into an older home in which the heating units had not been taken care of and causing a potentially dangerous situation. Unfortunately the issues were not caught during the home inspection as the temperature was above the safe operating limit so we had to find out the first time we needed heat.

Jaden understanding of the bind both financially as well as time constraints was able to come out immediately. He was honest fair and extremely helpful. Sadie confirmed all things before install of our heat and AC, making sure we were happy with the units and time schedule.

We can not say enough good things about this company. We've been here in the valley for nearly 20 years and have used a multitude of hvac services throughout, now we will only call Cool Camel. Thank you guys for everything!

10/10. I honestly have nothing bad to say about these guys. Jaden was able to come out to my house day of call - I wanted a 2nd opinion after my home warranty sent their guys here. He was able to steer me in the right direction (home warranty crew was way off and going to cost me way more in long term damage - which was confirmed by Jaden and 2 other companies I got 2nd opinions from). But ultimately, I went with Cool Camel because of their honesty, flexibility with my schedule, how they were highly recommended to me by a colleague, and overall persona. Finding an honest company in Vegas is like winning the lottery- hands down will use these guys again.

Our friend Daniel S. had recommended Jaden and we are so happy that we listened. We spoke to Sadie first thing in the morning, she is the most pleasant person to speak to. Sadie was able to fit us in on the same day that we called. Shortly after, she contacted us to let us know that Jaden would be able to come hours sooner. This was music to our ears. In fact, Jaden arrived more than half an hour earlier than we were quoted. We were delighted. Jaden accommodated the many requests we had told Sadie (i.e. call/text upon arrival to prevent dogs from barking). It took Jaden very little time to assess and resolve our A/C situation - even with our dogs doing their very best to distract Jaden. Clearly it makes a difference to hire someone who has been in the A/C business for 15+ years. In addition, Jaden was very respectful, patient, and understanding about our dogs and they loved him back for it. Jaden was in and out in no time. It was extremely reassuring how confident he was with his workmanship and it absolutely shows because soon after Jaden left, the A/C was already cooling. Jaden also patiently answered our many questions and was very transparent with estimates for possible future projects. Do yourself a huge favor and hire Jaden/Cool Camel.

What a great company to work with from the beginning, with Sadie at the office, then to Cooper and Jaden coming out quickly and addressing our problem. They got us back up and going within several hours. Also, they could not find the right part for a week but replaced it with a different part until the correct one arrived. During our second big heat wave this summer our air conditioner went out. After our home warranty failed us and gave us permission to seek our own service provider I was able to get them to come out at 7am after calling at 10pm the day before. They were early and from the second Jay (the company owner) stepped into our home we knew we were in good hands. He was prompt with his diagnosis and quote, which was extremely competitive. Due to us trying to get our home warranty to pay at least some of the cost he had to call and deal with them, which was not an easy task, and he was happy to do it. He spent an hour on the phone with them fighting to get us whatever he could. He spent time with us answering our questions and helping to educate us on what was going on so we understood what they were doing. Our neighbors air went out the same day and while he was at our house fixing ours was able to get their unit working with parts he had on hand already. They got it working in great time and the next day Jay stopped by the house just to check on us! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are a small family business (his wife works the phones) and he employs other family members. The other two gentleman who were at our house were also extremely friendly and the whole experience was just the best customer service experience my wife and I have had. I cannot recommend Cool Camel and Jay enough!!

Let me save you a lot of time, calls, and emails, I compared 5 different companies & Cool Camel was indefinitely the most competitive.

I had my AC go out in 110 weather. I got home it was 92 upstairs

I was going to go with a different offer but I am so happy I took Cool Camel up on their offer for a competitive price.

They saved my family a lot of money (which is so needed). The communication from Sadie on time frames the techs would arrive were true to the window. The until was installed in 24 hours (waiting for part to arrive) I am very grateful for the quick install. This company has a lot to offer without the pressure, very authentic.

I could have went to home Depot or Lowes but definitely felt better giving my money to a small business!

Amazing customer service! During our first heat wave here in Las Vegas, my air conditioner stopped working. Cool Camel answered the phone right away and Jaden was here within 45 minutes! I have had other repair companies either not answer the phone, not call me back or schedule and not show up without a phone call stating the reason why. Jaden came out to check on the air conditioner/heater system which is included in the maintenance package. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The water in the bathroom was not getting hot and he checked it out for me come to find out the knob was broke so he went to Lowe's got the knob and replaced it. From start to finish the entire experience was very pleasant and professional. Living in Las Vegas for 37 years, I have used multiple AC companies and have felt most will try to up sale you or have you buy unnecessary parts. That did not happen with Cool Camel.
