  • WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD I SET MY THERMOSTAT?

    The temperature your thermostat should be set to varies for each home. Thermostats should usually be set to about 68 degrees in the winter and about 78 degrees in the summer.

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY FILTERS?

    We recommend replacing your filters every 3 months. If filters are very dirty after 3 months, we recommend replacing them once a month.

  • IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD CHECK BEFORE CALLING IN FOR A SERVICE?

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY HVAC SYSTEM?

    We recommend getting your HVAC system serviced twice a year - once in the summer and once in the winter.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON A NEW HVAC SYSTEM?

    There is typically a 10-year warranty on a new HVAC system.

  • WHAT IS THE PROPER INDOOR HUMIDITY LEVEL?

    For outdoor temperatures over 50 degrees F: Below 50% humidity.

    For outdoor temperatures 20 to 50 degrees F: Below 40% humidity.

    For outdoor temperatures 10 to 20 degrees F: Below 35% humidity.

    For outdoor temperatures 0 to 10 degrees F: 30% humidity.
