Air Conditioning and Heating Service Includes the Following:
- Priority service.
- No emergency or after-hours fees.
- No diagnostic or trip fee if paid service is performed.
- Two high performance tune-ups per year.
- One condenser coil cleaning per year per system.
- The price is based on the number of air conditioning/heating systems in your home.
- Only $150 per unit per year.
