What does a tune-up include?

We check refrigerant charge, clean the condenser coil, test capacitors, contactors and motor amp draw, inspect the blower and drain, verify the thermostat and temperature split, and tighten electrical connections - then tell you what we found before anything is replaced.

How often should I change my air filters here?

Every three months at minimum, and monthly if you have pets, live near construction or your filter is visibly gray at the three-month mark. Valley dust loads filters faster than you'd expect.
